Time Is Short! Make Every Moment Count

Ever feel like life is slipping through your fingers? Between sleep, work, errands, and endless scrolling on our phones, a year’s 8,760 hours can vanish before you know it.
That’s why Psalm 90:12 hits so hard: “Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.” Life is short, but it doesn’t have to be shallow.
When we fix our eyes on Jesus, ordinary days become extraordinary. Every moment is an opportunity to love deeply, live wisely, and walk in purpose.
People’s opinions? They come and go. But God’s purpose? That’s what truly matters. Even the “ordinary” days are packed with meaning when we live intentionally.
Prayer:
Abba Father, thank You for the gift of life and the reminder that our days are numbered. Teach us to use our time wisely, not chasing after what fades, but investing in what lasts. Help us to focus on Jesus, who gives meaning to every moment. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.”
