Hi, I’m Caroline, a survivor, speaker, and woman on a mission to help others heal and rise.

I created Rise & Reclaim because I know what it’s like to live in silence, to feel stuck in pain, and to wonder if life will ever look different. I’ve walked through the shadows of domestic abuse, and for a long time, I believed the lie that my story disqualified me from purpose, but I’ve discovered something deeper:

Your pain doesn’t disqualify you, it prepares you.
Your voice still matters.
Your purpose is still alive.

Now, I help women like you heal from trauma, rediscover your worth, and reclaim your power through faith, encouragement, and real-life tools. Whether you’re still in the middle of it or you’ve made it out and are wondering “what now?” this space is for you.
