Are You an Initiator?

ree

Too many believers are waiting. Waiting for a miracle. Waiting for a sign. Waiting for God to do everything. But here’s the truth: nothing significant will ever happen in your life if you don’t move.

Sometimes we fall into the trap of passive faith, sitting around hoping things will magically fall into place. But hope without action leads to stagnation and frustration. God blesses movement. He blesses the work of our hands, not our daydreams.

Romans 8:28 reminds us, “All things work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to His purpose.” But that verse isn’t a license to sit still. It’s a call to trust Him as we move, even if we’re not sure how things will turn out.

It’s better to be rerouted by God than to remain motionless. He can redirect our mid-journey, but He won’t steer a parked car.

Remember Hannah?

She didn’t just pray, she also acted. She prayed in deep anguish, poured her heart out to God, then slept with her husband Elkanah. That union, blessed by her faith and action, produced the prophet Samuel. Faith plus works equals fruitfulness.

So ask yourself today:

Are you an initiator, or just a dreamer?

Move. Step out. Take action. Trust God to meet you on the journey.

I have just made my bold step! Care to join me?
